Overview

Rajasthan, the Land of Kings, is India's most vibrant and culturally rich state, with magnificent forts, palaces, colourful bazaars, folk traditions and a royal heritage. This educational tour offers students an immersive experience of Rajasthan's history, architecture, culture, arts and crafts. The route allows students to experience Rajasthan progressively: Jaipur → Royal city planning, architecture & astronomy → Bikaner → Desert kingdom, forts & camel culture → Jaisalmer → Desert architecture & historic trade → Sam → Thar Desert ecology & traditional livelihoods → Jodhpur → Fortification, military history & Marwar culture → Udaipur → Mewar history, lakes & water management.

Best Time to Visit

October to March is the best season with winter being the best time to visit Rajasthan, when the desert sun is less intense and days are pleasant. November to February is best for schools and especially suitable for fort visits, heritage walks, desert activities, outdoor learning, photography and cultural programmes. March is possible, but temperatures begin rising. April–June is not recommended for this extensive student circuit due to intense heat.
