PMH Club – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration, membership and use of the PMH Club, the membership and travel-benefits program operated by Plan My Holidays Pvt. Ltd. (“PMH”, “Plan My Holidays”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By applying for, activating, accessing or using PMH Club, you (“Member”, “you” or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. PMH Club Membership

PMH Club is a membership program designed to provide eligible members with access to selected travel-related offers, privileges, promotions, rewards and other benefits made available by PMH from time to time.

Membership does not constitute a guarantee of any particular discount, price, upgrade, complimentary service or travel benefit.

2. Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements specified by PMH.

PMH reserves the right to accept or reject a membership application at its discretion and may request additional information or verification where reasonably required.

Members must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration.

3. Membership Registration

A member may be required to provide information such as:

• Full name;
• Mobile number;
• Email address;
• Other information reasonably required for membership administration.

The Member is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

PMH may rely on the information provided by the Member for communication, membership administration and delivery of applicable benefits.

4. PMH Club Membership ID

Each registered member may receive a unique PMH Club Membership ID.

The Membership ID may also serve as the Member's login ID for accessing applicable PMH Club features.

The Member must keep account credentials confidential and must immediately notify PMH if they suspect unauthorized access or misuse of their account.

5. Membership Benefits

PMH Club benefits may include, depending on the applicable program or offer:

• Member-only travel offers;
• Special holiday packages;
• Promotional discounts;
• Selected hotel or travel privileges;
• Priority assistance;
• Seasonal offers;
• Special rewards;
• Partner benefits;
• Exclusive events or experiences; and
• Other benefits introduced by PMH from time to time.

Benefits may vary according to destination, product, supplier, travel dates, availability and promotional conditions.

6. Offers and Promotions

All PMH Club offers are subject to the specific terms mentioned with the relevant offer.

Offers may be subject to:

• Limited availability;
• Specific travel dates;
• Advance booking requirements;
• Minimum booking value;
• Blackout dates;
• Destination restrictions;
• Supplier restrictions;
• Room or seat availability;
• Specific payment conditions; and
• Cancellation and amendment conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PMH Club offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, coupons or special rates.

7. Discount

PMH Club membership get up to 20% (on Domestic) & 10% (on International) booking.

The final applicable price and benefit will depend on the specific product, supplier, availability, travel dates and terms applicable at the time of booking.

8. Travel Bookings

All travel bookings made through PMH are separate transactions and are subject to the booking conditions applicable to the selected travel product.

These may include separate terms relating to:

• Payment;
• Cancellation;
• Refunds;
• Amendments;
• No-shows;
• Travel documentation;
• Visa requirements;
• Hotel policies;
• Airline policies; and
• Supplier conditions.

The terms communicated at the time of booking will apply to the relevant travel service.

9. Third-Party Suppliers

PMH may arrange or facilitate travel services provided by third parties, including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise operators, transport companies, activity providers, tour operators and other service providers.

Such services are subject to the respective supplier's terms, conditions, operating policies and availability.

Where applicable, third-party supplier terms may prevail over PMH Club promotional conditions in relation to the underlying travel service.

10. Membership Fees

Where a PMH Club membership fee is applicable, the applicable fee will be communicated to the Member before membership purchase or activation.

Membership fees are subject to the payment and refund conditions specified at the time of registration.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment of a membership fee does not guarantee a particular monetary saving or number of benefits.

11. Membership Validity

Membership validity, renewal period and applicable renewal conditions, if any, will be communicated to the Member during registration or activation.

PMH may introduce different membership categories or validity periods in the future.

Benefits available during one membership period may not necessarily remain available during a subsequent membership period.

12. Renewal

Where automatic renewal is introduced, the Member will be informed of the applicable renewal conditions before such renewal becomes effective.

Unless otherwise specified, membership does not automatically renew merely because the original membership period has expired.

13. Cancellation by Member

A Member may request cancellation of their PMH Club membership by contacting PMH through the official communication channels.

Any refund, if applicable, will be governed by the membership-specific cancellation and refund policy communicated at the time of joining.

14. Suspension or Termination by PMH

PMH may suspend or terminate a membership where it reasonably believes that:

• The Member has violated these Terms;
• False or misleading information was provided;
• The membership has been obtained fraudulently;
• Membership benefits have been misused;
• The Membership ID or account has been shared or transferred contrary to these Terms;
• The Member has engaged in abusive, fraudulent or unlawful conduct; or
• Continued membership may adversely affect PMH, its partners or other members.

Where reasonably practicable, PMH may provide notice of suspension or termination.

15. Transferability

Unless specifically permitted by PMH, PMH Club membership is personal to the registered Member.

Membership, Membership IDs, promotional codes and member-specific benefits may not be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged or commercially resold.

16. Family or Group Bookings

A Member may make bookings for family members, friends or other travellers, subject to the terms of the particular offer.

However, member-specific benefits may only be extended to accompanying travellers where the relevant offer expressly permits it.

17. Changes to Benefits

PMH may add, modify, replace, suspend or discontinue any PMH Club benefit, offer, partner privilege or feature.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting active members may be communicated through the registered email address, mobile number, website or other appropriate communication channel.

18. Expiry of Benefits

Certain benefits, promotional codes, rewards or offers may have an expiry date.

Expired benefits cannot ordinarily be redeemed unless PMH expressly permits otherwise.

Unused benefits generally have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

19. Taxes and Additional Charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Member is responsible for applicable taxes, government charges, service charges, surcharges, visa fees, insurance costs, personal expenses and other charges not specifically included in the relevant offer.

20. Promotional Communications

By joining PMH Club, the Member may receive membership-related communications, including information about offers, benefits, travel promotions, important account updates and programme announcements, subject to applicable law and the Member's communication preferences.

Members may opt out of promotional communications through available unsubscribe or preference-management mechanisms, where applicable.

21. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal information collected in connection with PMH Club will be processed for purposes including membership administration, authentication, customer support, travel services, communication, offers and other legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law and PMH's Privacy Policy.

Members should ensure that information provided to PMH is accurate and up to date.

22. Website and Account Security

Members must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another member's account;
• Share login credentials in a manner that compromises account security;
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the PMH Club website;
• Use automated systems to misuse membership features; or
• Use PMH Club for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

PMH may restrict or suspend access where misuse is suspected.

23. Intellectual Property

All PMH Club branding, logos, graphics, website content, membership materials, text, designs and other intellectual property associated with the program belong to PMH or its respective licensors.

No Member receives any ownership rights in such intellectual property merely by becoming a member.

24. Errors and Corrections

PMH makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on its website and membership platform. However, pricing, availability, promotional details, images, descriptions and other information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

PMH reserves the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

If an obvious pricing or information error occurs, PMH may contact the affected Member and provide the available options in accordance with applicable law.

25. Force Majeure

PMH shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing any membership benefit caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, technical failures, transportation disruptions, supplier failures or other force majeure events.

26. Limitation Relating to Third-Party Services

PMH acts as a travel organizer, facilitator, agent or intermediary as applicable to the particular service.

Where a service is supplied by an independent third party, the Member acknowledges that PMH may not control the supplier's operations, availability, service standards, schedules or policies.

Any claim relating specifically to a third-party service may also be subject to that supplier's terms and applicable law.

27. Fraud and Misuse

Any fraudulent use, attempted manipulation, false claim, unauthorized resale, multiple-account abuse or misuse of PMH Club benefits may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of membership and withdrawal of associated benefits.

PMH reserves the right to take appropriate action where permitted by law.

28. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with PMH Club shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable place of PMH's registered or principal business operations.

29. Amendments to These Terms

PMH may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the PMH Club program, applicable laws, technology, business practices or membership benefits.

The latest version published on the official PMH Club website shall be considered the current version, subject to applicable law.

Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

30. Acceptance

By registering for, activating, accessing or using PMH Club, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms;
• You understand the applicable conditions;
• The information provided by you is accurate;
• You agree to comply with these Terms; and
• You accept the applicable terms governing individual travel bookings and offers.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the PMH Club Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, individual offer conditions and applicable travel booking terms.
