October to March is highly recommended as cooler weather makes this period ideal for students visiting outdoor heritage sites and attending the border ceremony. November to February is excellent and particularly comfortable for walking tours and sightseeing. April to June is possible, but temperatures can become quite high during afternoon sightseeing. July to September is possible, although monsoon weather can occasionally affect outdoor activities.
