Mid-September to November: Post-monsoon conditions generally provide attractive landscapes and suitable adventure-tour conditions. December to February: Suitable for camping, trekking and outdoor activities, but mornings and evenings can be cold. June: Rafting may still be possible depending on conditions. July to early September: Not recommended for rafting-focused school tours because of monsoon conditions and river/weather risks.
